Two Of A Kind

Listen, my friend, I have something to say
I'm tired of your bossiness on display
hearing your opinions week by week
when I some quiet solace seek
talking down to me like an aristocrat
when really you are a spoiled brat
all your friends fall in line
and listen while you rant and whine
who is it you truly represent
is not your time better spent
accepting others as they are
reaching out to help, not scar
HORRORS!
Watch out, dear self, don't emulate
you will draw comparisons at a later date
have you not been bossy and nosey, too
is that the proper thing to do?
does she annoy you because you see
traits that show a little of thee
time to reschedule and humility try
you will be like her by and by
change before the old you is missed
rather than joining the narcissist
start today and stop being lazy
otherwise, you will both be termed "crazy".
