Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
early morning spectacle

Day Dawning

by gansach

Blushing dawn beams reach over the horizon
slowly slipping into lustrous streams
of sparkling light
banishing the last dark velvet
shreds of night.
Fresh scented breezes
move the cotton tufted clouds
in a sapphire summer sky.
The verdant landscape bursts into song
and fluttering life
as beflowered Mother Nature
greets a new rainbow-hued
day.
Ah, Summer!
