Bethany's Gaze

...."And if you stroll through town you'll find a little girl,
Bethany Bright is her name;
'Cause her dimpled smile and an eye  like a pearl,
Drives out our sin and shame,
From turning a blind eye to her, and avoiding her hidden one-eyed disdain"....
