Father Weeps

God has called his children home
Home to shine above his throne
Throne of light away from death
Death of Earth, imploding slowly
Slowly, Mother Earth is imploding
Imploding on herself, fear
Fear of losing all she has given
Given to man, a home and goodness
Goodness, clean water, earth to plant
Plant crops, raise animals, happiness
Happiness no more, darkness ensures
Ensures anger, hate and murder, more
More of the innocents, elderly, children
Children are not important mouths to feed
Feed the purses of the rich and famous
Famous worshippers of the Golden Calf
Calf of Gold, man will not be told
God has called his diamonds home
Home, no more admiring of skies
Skies are devoid of beautiful stars
Our Faraway Father weeps
