The time is nearing five years,

Since you walked through the door.

A vision in lovely, a smile of warmth,

Words we did not utter for each other,

As we were of different places.

Yet, something drew us together,

And we found ways to express our feelings;

Little things to touch each other’s hearts.

First came the texts,

Which we had to translate.

Then came the occasional touch,

Which needed no translation.

And one day came lunch and a kiss,

And we knew for sure it was real.

Now we freely express and enjoy love

And building our forever,
