Double Booking

My travel route from 1982-1984 was Monday in Detroit, Tuesday in Chicago, Wednesday in Denver, and Thursday in Seattle.
On one of my stops in Denver, I arrived at my hotel late, got the keys to my suite, and headed directly to the minibar. I opened three Johnny Walker bottles and settled into an armchair.
Five minutes later, a blond woman walked in from the bathroom wrapped in a towel.
Totally unprepared, I asked, “Who are you?”
She screamed.
I got up and headed to the lobby. The receptionist was mortified. My stay, dinner, and bar bill were comped.
