Sedoka Poem writing prompt entry
Writing Prompt For this challenge you will write a sedoka. This is a Japanese form that consists of two unrhymed poems that MAY show the same scene from two different perspectives or angles. Each one has a syllable count of 5/5/7 Here's an example: The cat's meowing Pleads her case convincingly Hunger gleams in golden eyes Missus Smith's tutting Suggests the cat's been eating Far too much for her own good |
I refuse to take sides in this hideous conflict. However righteous one may adjudge one*s cause, nothing justifies the barbarity being enacted right now in the Middle East.
