Acrostic (my pain inside)

My pain inside seeks time's release
Yet love relives as years increase

Pledged your heart I'd always keep
A vow inside still wedged so deep
In time I thought my tears would dry
Now forward thoughts just say goodbye

Imploding life upon its rise
Never accepting love's demise
Solitude I will now befriend
Inside the darkness 'till my end
Devoid of light, bereft of youth
Entombed I am within my truth
