It's about getting older.
Age Is A Curse
Age is a curse
What's that? An extra step,
I have never seen you before
I remember every step I took until the age of forty four
Over the threshold I went
My body said “nope I decline”
It didn't want to do it anymore It said I had to pay my fine.
My back and my feet were the first to go
Then my body came to collected my knees
I didn't matter how much I begged
My body ignored my pleas
I gave you my youth and joy and stuff
What else could be due
I want your hands, your joints, and your other points Just to name a few
Age is a curse it said
It can only run its course
Enjoy your age through and through
Until your final voice
