Annoying buzzers on my screens

June Bugs

June Bugs
 
June bugs that come out in May,
to start their buzzing early,
click and bump my bedroom screen
with their wings all whirly.
Why must you break my sleep, you bugs,
beneath the bright May moon?
Hush your hums, adjust your clocks,
you're meant to come in June!

I love sleeping with my windows open, but I don't like the sound of buzzy June bugs banging against my screens, keeping me awake & driving my cat crazy--especially when they're a month early!
