Acrostic

Promised

by Wils

Please Daddy, you promised. You told me you would
Remember, you promised. Don't you think you should
Our daughter is waiting for you to redeem
My guess is you'll do it, please don't sink her dream
I promised to do it and do it I shall
Since I am a man with a sense of morale
Enter the church a beautiful bride-to-be
Daughter, I promise, you'll walk the aisle with me
