New York Minute

It takes a New York minute

For the path of life to change

Seconds pass through the hour glass

Strands of time rearrange

 

It takes a New York minute

Thought flashes before the eyes

Have I done what God has asked

Or is there one more surprise

 

Embrace your New York minutes

Treasure moments in your day

Live the life your born to live

'less you quickly slip away
