A one hundred word story.
A Story
by Nicholas Pediaditakis
There is an intimacy of the landscape; a slow tempo, the fragrant breeze, and the tides’ ebb and flow have become a tick-tock in the rhythm of life. It feeds an instinct in me, and a yearning for the sea. The ambiance envelops you like a cocoon, separating you from the quick pace you have left behind. You are now free to share the gladness of the scene or alone, to contemplate, and whisper "Hello” to the sea gulls and the waving oats. The creatures are at the water’s edge, the stars-myriads of quivering opals and the night winds whistle.
