On June 6, 2012, Wayne Wooten was shot and killed over an eighty dollar cellphone in Dallas, Texas. He was murdered by Devin “Studda” Beasley.
For this crime, Studda received a disgusting sentence of five years. He was eligible for release in 2015. This is neither a deterrent nor justice.
