Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
A healing horse

Jingles

by Aussie

One arm supporting either side
Side by side she walks
Walks with feeling feet
Feet take the place of eyes

Eyes she cannot use to see
See her horse waiting
Waiting for blind Maria
Maria is smelling Jingles

Jingles has bells on his bridle
Bridle, she smells the leather
Leather and bells her way
Way of loving Jingles trustingly

Trustingly he lets her put her hand
Hand so tiny, she curls her fingers
Fingers inside his lower lip
Lip so large, fingers so tiny

Tiny fingers loving her friend
Friend who understands
Understands this blind child
Child loves her Jingles

Recognized
