This work has reached the exceptional level
reaction to stress

Unwind

by mermaids

my body
tense
so I unwind

would you be so
kind

says my mind

let go, let God
He is kind

relax your muscles
you will find

a measure of
your mind

it is to your
benefit
to unwind
