I was lucky, I was found.
Prayer Answered

It was a perfect day. I love the silence of a high mountain run. Pushed off, carved my line in the powdery snow. Heard a roar, turned. A tidal wave of snow gobbled me up. Icy claws squeezed my chest. I found myself trapped in a freezing tomb. I whispered to God, “Please help me.” Darkness.
“Found him,” echoed, waking me. Digging. Hands reached down and dragged me from under the snow. The blue sky above never looked so beautiful.
