Twisted fate, my naivety stings

Across the pond, you sicken of kings

I realize to have power is to protect

But what is power with nothing else left?

Trials push me closer to an edge

You realize life is more than revenge

My quest for justice rots what was pure

Along the way you encouter your cure

This distorted mirror, a strange reflection I see

It is you, who is what I once used to be
