During the arrest.
You are given and read your Miranda rights and possibly need to take a physical TEST?
On your request to go to jail?
Test of thought if you so deem to be found intoxicated!
And, or you may or shall be given a breathalyzer test.

You may be made to walk a straight line and quite possibly?
Yes, depending on whether or not you know your alphabet soup?
Or your ABC's?
Can you count past 1 to 3 ?
made to count backwards in groups of seven from 100 until you were told to stop?

Only if the officer can possibly see?
Yes, see that you were not sober!
To Be or Not To Be?
That is the question indeed!

Of course, in the court of law, you may possibly be forced there and or if the legal proceedings are partaking JUSTICE?
Yes,because of violence?
Simply noncompliance?
Take your time and state your case!
Yes, because you may WIN?
Or you may lose this time?
Oh yes, if you are deemed to be.
