Forever's Not Enough

Despite the light, we couldn't see,
our eyes were closed but then...
It only took one tender touch,
to open them, back when...

We took it slow and got to know
each other very well...
and all we learned made our love strong,
soulmates, we both could tell.

Times there were, when we broke apart,
some silly argument.
But both of us found our way back,
forgiveness heaven sent.

Years have passed, we're still the same,
we love to reminisce...
about the time with open hearts,
we shared our first sweet kiss.

Invisible, the ties that bind,
like silken threads that wound
around two willing hearts, and now...
Forever we are bound.
