And, why should I cry Patrick?"

"But why Bob why should I continue to cry in painful tears?"
"Please can't one of you help me?"
"Help me find a dental surgeon?"
"Bob no one cares?"
"I swear!"
"Patrick, Bob are you listening and are you there?"
"Die Doctor Ricky DIE!"
Yes, as SpongeBob floats on by!

Note: this writer has been living with severe and chronic dental infection now for almost 30 hours. I went to Green Hospital in North Myrtle Beach trying to get a Reese Farrell to see a dental surgeon with no luck.
Iâ??m going to continue today.
I need probably two molars and a tooth in one spot pulled in the same spot.
