Kent, a cell prisoner, is rotting in his prison. He had raped and killed women for a living. It sounds like Kent profoundly regrets it, but is laughing hysterically. It means that he doesn't ever regret raping girls, then killing them.
Kent in jail who is thinking of committing suicide because of the horrific crimes he'd done. Jailers bother him and slash him many times in his chest at the cafeteria. He dies instantly. Kent is dead. Several criminals are resposible for Kent's death.
Nobody remembers Kent because he is a monster. Everyone will forget him. None buried his body.
