Silent Senetals of the night.
Scarred bark in sectioned pains.
Swaying in the warm night breeze.
Never speaking as Timeless as the Palms leaves.
...
Morning's breaking as roots are tired and aching.
Awaiting the warmth of the Summer Sun.
Life Once begun.
...
Fluffy, White, clouds overhead.
Marking the direction below.
Liquidfing as it goes.
And under the palm lies the image of what was once.
Once Upon a time, long long, *Ago.
