Rainbow's Garden

The rain has ended

And left behind

Soft glowing colors

As if to remind -

The beauty of nature

Needs water to grow.

The rainbow that now

Graces the sky

Leaves its footprints

In the flowers nearby.

Blossoms of red and yellow

Orange, green and blue

Now dance in delight

To prove that is true.

The rainbow that glows

Over my head

Sings praise to a garden

I thought was dead.
