Love Can Be Magic

Beast was a creature of fearsome mien
Sharp teeth and claws and a temper keen
Beauty saw beyond his outward form
Found the good within his wilding storm

Beast was lonely and sad and afraid
Beauty's love needed, so he'd be saved
She brought him love, happiness and song
Freeing him from the enchantress's wrong

Beast became a noble prince once more
The two became famous in folklore
Beauty is indeed only skin deep
Kindness may cause heartfelt love to seep
