Spiritual Friend

There is a spiritual voice

Some may call it God

Others their guardian angel

I call my guide a good friend

When my world is uncertain

A tough decision to be made

I call on my guiding spirit

So I do not error in vain

No matter how high the hurdles

No matter how difficult it seems

I have found if I pray for aid

A rightful choice comes my way

Knowing I have my spiritual friend to guide me

Helps me face the changing world with confidence

I can rely on helpful guidance in the face of adversity

I’m thankful for my friend, the best spiritual gift of all
