We have hornets all over everywhere.
Hornets

When summer’s here and days are warm
I really watch my back
The hornets are all flying
Stingers ready to attack
They hover round my coffee cup
I guess because it’s warm
I don’t put any sweeteners in
But still the darn things swarm
My allergy to bee stings
Really keeps me watching out
If I get stung cover your ears
It’s then I scream and shout
I thank you for reading my rant
Outside it’s hornet weather
I’ld write more but I’m sure I can’t
At least now "I feel better"

The hornets have been vicious this year. It does not take much to get them angry.
Thank you E. Danielson for the use of your great picture. It is much clearer than any I could find that I had taken. Since I am really allergic to the stings I stay too far from the subject and don't always get a clear picture of the bees.
