Halloween Honeymoon
A young attractive couple had a
spooky night Gothic wedding,
after all, it was especially festive,
as it was All Hallows' Eve.
The raven-haired bride in an
ebony lace wedding gown with
a train of carved ivory skulls
that had bright red eyes.
The groom was decked in a
dark purple and dapper tuxedo.
As the groom gave her a
black crystal rose ring,
they danced in jubilation with
their guests.
Later on, as everyone was
enjoying their green zombie
punch,
the exhilarated couple cut
into quite a creepy wedding
cake that had a haunted
chocolate mansion on the
top tier.
At the deep gong of midnight,
their guests left the reception
hall,
some witches flew away on
brooms,
some ghouls called the
hearse service to take them
home to their cemetery.
Large luminous Jack 'O Lanterns
lit the stairs they ascended,
that led to their candlelight
honeymoon suite,
and, as they kissed with
great enthusiasm,
each suddenly spoke up at
the same moment and
whispered,
"By the way my love,
I'm a vampire."
They both smiled with
long fangs and a delighted
radiance in their eyes.
Since they were immortal,
They flew out their window
changing into bats into the
frigid air.
They were on the chase for
a happy Halloween honeymoon
that must end before sunrise. ~
