So lonely, no energy even to sound an alarm I live in dark shadows, shunning anyone’s pity Others are happy, but such never my prize When awakening, the sun may shine Never-the-less every day is gray-bleak   Passions of life have drained from my soul Here in my doldrums, I wallow alone Save for a tiny voice echoing from within Saying it’s up to me to defeat the fearsome Specter gradually strangling my essence   Act I must! Before it’s too late, seek support Battle, the horrible illness of my lonely heart
