Early we learn that darkness is scary Monsters come, we must be wary Within darkness comes dreadful evil Fragile minds rise in fearful upheaval   Feelings of darkness soak into our soul Outlook on life becomes black as coal Hopelessness absorbs into our total being There may seem no effective way of fleeing   But there is hope one can escape the dark By asking for help, to build an action chart Devised behaviors to get one back on track Steps planned to rid one's self of the black   Help will come, but one needs to ask
