Lords of earth will feel His sting
Sting of the sand scorpion take
Take the lives of evil men

Palm Sunday or Passion Sunday
Sunday we think of His sacrifice
Sacrifice to save us from sin
Sin today is rampant; forgotten God

God who loves us but hates sin
Sin is the result of evil Satan
Satan is alive and well on earth
Earth struggles to survive

Survive the maelstrom across the world
World of darkness, greed and gold
Gold will not save us, only Him
Him who gave His life for love of us
