Hurry Spring, and take our blues away.

Daffodils

by papa55mike

It's another long, dreary winter day in the snow - the hearts of many long for the bliss of the season's change. But there's a glimmer of hope just beneath the soil. A wise gardener gently pulls a little mulch away from the bulbs to see if the sentinels of hope will soon arise.

green sprouts quickly grow
yellow blooms unlock with grace
announcing our spring
