Minus zero
Plummeting temperatures
AS icy thoughts numb my extremities..
...
Coldness is now my new and best friend..
As my lungs gasp for warmth and grasp but alas?
Yes, there's little relief as the digits blackened in fear!
Almost here.
...
I search for Suns shine and warming rays.
God knows I've seen seen much better days.
And, as I start to pray.
And yes, it is Christmas Day.
...
Now as blood gathers in need.
Why God but yes indeed.
It's almost and finally here.
...
Slowly as unconsciousness enters.
I think of better times.
Better times when the Earth was still warmed by the Sun.
And yes, I can finally feel.
Feel it in my very last breath.
As it's now welcomed.
