Letter to Santa

by Mia Twysted

The author has placed a warning on this post for violence.

Dear Santa,

For this Christmas, I don't ask much.

I don't want toys or Christmas cheer.

I'm looking for something different this year.

I wish for those who feel hate for me to have

     empty plates and go hungry.

I ask that my mother lose her grip on reality.

I'd like to see my brother bound and gagged.

My intent is not to be cruel, as you must think,

but to deflect the rage they have,

      most often directed at me.

I wish for others to feel the way they make me feel.

No peace on Earth.

No goodwill toward man.

This year Santa, the gift I ask is justice by your giving hand.

There's my list.

There's my wish.

Thank you, Santa.

Yours truly,

Racheal Roth
