Nightfall Of The Mind

Antique white crown,
furrowed brow,
trying to recall names,
stars and shades of
black and gray fading,
a cavernous dark tunnel,
where memories disappear,
unretrieved like racing years,
crossing finality,
nightfall of the mind,
