Why oh why
A chapter in the book I Choose Rainbows
The Tracks Of Time
Blow ye wind
From where
Do ye blow
Time is
Measurement
Like the hands
On a clock
That changes perception
Of the realities
Of biological life
That alters The memories
Of those times
Gone bye
Tic became Toc
And the hands
Of destiny
Circle with precision
The follies of what is life
Winds blow
Randomly
Clouds of change
Drift Eastward
Their hands
Grabing eternity
Then dissipating
Into water
Bringing birth
To the gravity
Of evolving life
We think with thought
In emotional ways
That sees the present
Through the
Eyes of the past
Biology evolved into a form
Of formulated time
Evolution Predicated by the physics
Of a biological deviation
In the nature of thought
Life changes humaniy
Infinity is reduced
To a moment in time
Biology morphs matter
It is chemical in form
And programmed
To decay
In the continuance
Of variations
In an island of thought
Species have shapes
Biology exists
In a molecular expansion
In shape
To an environment
Of replication
But the winds of change
Blows unsteady
Gravity calls
Bending light
Biology faulters
Changes in perception
Confuse time
To memories
Of who we were
Who we are
And who will we become
It is the circuitry
Of biology
That communicates
With time
In a changing
environment
That has created
The evolution
Of circulated thought
Like the hands
Of the clock
That rusts
In the expansion of time
And.humanity gives birth to thought
With reasons
Of why
We exist
And why we feel
Alive
The feeling of life exists
It is precious
Forever in thought
It mindfully remembers
The future of past events
Were you happy
Were you sad
Did you dream with smiles
Or did the monster
Of life's past
Change the future
Of now
Only the wind will know
