A star marks the place where Christ was born

Meaning of Christmas

by Joanne Gill-Maddick

Christmas carols and Christ child

Holly berries and mistletoe

Reindeers and St Nicholas

Icicles hanging row on row

Snow flakes and sleigh rides

Three wisemen from far and wide

Manger filled with hay with baby Jesus inside

Angel's appeared on that Blessed Christmas day

Star shone over Bethlehem where Baby Jesus lay
