This work has reached the exceptional level
I miss you.

I'm Waiting For You

I spent many years with you,
Laid on you when you felt blue.
I begged you for treats each day.
Then I decided to play.

I loved to pounce on a mouse
And mess up things in our house.
I was fun to have around
And made a loud purring sound.

I loved you petting my head
And laid by your feet in bed.
Each day I waited for you.
I missed you and loved you too.

I know how much you miss me,
But you know I am pain free.
Thank you for giving me love.
I'm now in heaven above.
