Those summer days and nights
of long ago were so free and my
friends and I would skinny dip
up at the outdoor neighborhood pool club late at night. I sat stark
naked on the lifeguard stand with
just the lifeguard whistle around
my neck. We all walked up there,
so there were no cars. We would
get quite inebriated. The police
showed up on the last night we
were able to have our fun after
hours. They laughed so hard,
and we got off with a warning, lol!
