Witch's and brooms and hats and cats,
Gather together with cauldrons and bats,
Embellish the face, cloak-up the body,
Just enough time for a special hot toddy.

Down on the street, wander around,
Scare all the people with a look and a sound,
They cannot suspect, so stay in the group,
There's plenty of sweeties and people to dupe.

Cast a quick spell, mutter a line,
Flutter the hands and make a rude sign,
Roll the eyes up and fall on the floor,
They'll laugh till they burst and ask for some more.

Jump up and down, make the kids scream,
Have a good laugh: they're living their dream,
Tell a tall story and have a good time,
Then jerk and dance like a skeleton mime.

Not long now before it all ends,
We've had a good time, we've seen some old friends,
But back to reality, off we must fly,
Back to the brooms and up in the sky.

For the annual party, down there on earth,
Where we mock all the humans and roll with mirth.
The witches annual outing, to stroll unimpaired,
No make-up is needed, we're always prepared.
