You Say I'm Wrong

Being Human Contest Winner

(verse 1)

You say I'm wrong,

that you're not strong,

praise can't belong

to you.

But through and through,

I know it's true.

Please see it, too,

for me.

(verse 2)

Oh, please agree,

you'll look and see

that you're the key

God chose.

Your strength, it shows,

your love, it grows,

and goodness knows

its cause.

(verse 3)

Your heart was taken

and left misshapen.

Can it awaken

again?

Or will it end

without a friend

you can depend

for love?

(refrain: verse 1)

You say I'm wrong,

that you're not strong,
