Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
The parts that make the whole

Up Close and Personal

I love children most of all,
their honesty and candor.
I also love to sing and dance;
Performing: nothing's grander!

Real estate, I do that, too,
but it can make me surly.
Cranky clients, messy homes,
colleagues who are squirrely.

My husband is my gem of gems,
handsome and so funny!
He makes each day feel full of love
and joy and all things sunny.

Retirement, that is not for me;
I like to go full tilt.
I teach and practice hours on end,
sleep fast and feel no guilt.

Late at night, I like to write
and enter contests, too.
Reading and reviewing brings delight.
(For that, thank YOU!)

If I could sum me up, I'd say
I always go for gusto.
Life is short, so make it count;
be massimo robusto!!
