Blended Rhyming Poem
Wild Horses Roam
by magic dragon
There he stands,
the stallion so grand,
roaming in the outback,
on dry harsh land,
running free with his herd,
pounding hoofs undeterred,
towards the hills, homeward.
A lone rider is outstanding,
with great riding ability,
brazenly he rides,
So compelling, to capture the wild horses.
'And where around the overflow the reed beds sweep and sway
To the breezes, and the rolling plains are wide
The man from Snowy River is a household word today,
And the stockmen tell the story of his ride'.
