Never grow up

Neverland Men

by Tom Horonzy

Am I in love?.. or am I ill?
Here's my story.

Whenever I see women
in three-piece suits,
wearing sheer stockings,
or horned-rim glasses.
I get entranced then enter in
pursuant to the mandates
of a superior court of men
when it comes to pursuing women.
I know not why, guys
get fixated, as do I,
yet it seems gals are wise
to present such looks when
in pursuit of new pursuers.
Works every time,
even in daydreams;
then the wife calls out
causing the image to end.
"Yes, dear. I'll be right there,"
because I've learned
a happy wife is a happy life
and if she isn't then I get sicker
.
