Unfortunately, on March 31st, 2003.
Yes, my Sweet and Only son Jason.
His life at only age Eighteen.
His life would come to a brunt and quick dismise?

Unfortunately, the State of New Jersey.
Yes, would diagnose my son legally dead.
His untimely death as due to circumstances beyond his control causing his brain death.
