Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
He showed us the way.

Jesus Died And Rose Again

Jesus Christ was beaten in a graphic way.
The soldiers lashed him 39 times that day.
His flesh was tattered and torn; his skin was red.
A crown of thorns was platted and placed on his head.

It's finished, our brother and Savior cried.
Hung on the cross six hours before he died.
Jesus is wise. He's our eternal friend.
I know that he suffered to the very end.

Jesus fulfilled his atoning sacrifice.
After his death, he was anointed with spice.
People witnessed three days of darkness and gloom 
Before our dear Savior arose from the tomb.

We will feel joy when we feel the Savior near,
When we encourage others and bring them cheer.
We should try to follow Jesus every day.
 He showed us how to live and showed us the way.
