Mothers Day Tears

My darling mother passed away
This week she left our shore.
And I will miss her every day
My sadness can't ignore.

When I look back over her years
And all she gave to me,
On Mothers Day, this year my tears
Flow down my face so free.

And then next day will lay to rest
Her body and her soul
Say goodbye Mum, you were the best
Let heaven mark your roll.

My dearest mother passed away Sat 30/4/22 and We lay her to rest on Monday 9th
Mum was 86 and lived a good life Loved by all who knew her and especially our family
I shared many a good time with her and will miss her beautiful gentle and loving nature
Mothers day tomorrow will be a sad day without her but she is now with Dad and her Lord.
Her funeral is on Monday and being the oldest I have made all preparations necessary to say goodbye
I write this in her memory
