Untitled Poem

You are worthwhile; also unique.
Open your heart for answers you seek.
Understand when you do something wrong.
Allow yourself time to heal. Be strong 
Relax and take time to meditate.
Each day do things to help you feel great.
Share your talents with people you love.
Pause, think about blessings from above.
Every day be positive and smile.
Choose to always be strong through a trial.
Ignore hurtful words that others say.
Accept help that your best friend gives you.
Love yourself. Be kind to yourself too.
