Sadly, some owners were not able to take their pets ..the Winkler Aktiv organisations from Chemnitz , Germany, has come to aid these poor souls roaming the streets hungry and scarred , some even wounded....make shift shelters have been set up even in the bigger cities and vets are offering their services free.

Last pic in artwork shows a bunch of dogs..they are shelter dogs.. a bomb hit the facility and 5 dogs in their enclosures were killed..The caretakers refuse to leave the animals. Food is running out but it is receiving aid now.
