A day at the Colosseum

The final two gladiators faced off in the centre of the bloodied arena.
"Spiculuuuuuus!" The ferocious fighter screamed at his foe.
Fifty thousand blood crazed Romans craned excitedly.
"Crixuuuuus!" Came the thunderous response.
"Wanna get outta here and grab a pint, I'm parched?"
"Lead the way you savage!"
Arm in arm the bloodied brutes strolled out into the Mediterranean night.
